    Unlike most other vulpin, Pip chose to specialize in weaponized explosives instead of curative alchemy. He left Brightmarsh, his homeland, in search of adventure across the Realm. Now, he splits his time between brewing up all sorts of fiery concoctions to use against the Magistrate's forces and creating restorative potions to aid his friends. While his allies have come to appreciate his assistance and expertise, they fully understand that the little fox is as unpredictable as his dangerous mixtures.

    Explosive Flask Area Damage / Debuff Launch an explosive flask that deals 150 damage and Slows enemies by 50% for 2.5s in an area. Fully effective up to 6 units and will hit enemies up to 25 units away. 8s
    Healing Potion Healing / Self-Sustain Throw a potion that Heals allies for 1000 in a 50-unit radius on impact. Reactivate this ability to explode the potion in the air. 7s
    Weightless Mobility / Buff Launch yourself upwards and increase your jump height for 2.5s. 10s
    Evil Mojo Crowd Control / Area Damage Throw a mysterious flask that deals 200 damage on impact and Transforms enemies in a 40-unit radius into helpless chickens for 4s. Chickens have 1500 Health and return to their previous state and Health values when the effect ends. -

    Yagorath feels clunky; Not in a Lumbering Awesome Beast Kind of Way

    When I first saw Yagorath being an immobile champion with a droideka form, I knew her movement was going to be clunky. But knowing that Star Wars Battlefront's Droideka pulled it off, I know it can be done well and would just need some time to get used to.

    Yagorath Droideka skin when? Spit into electricity? Spike teeth into dual blasters? Roly poly form? Harden turned into an energy shield? This needs to happen!

    But when I started playing Yagorath, that's when I started feeling her clunkiness. And the main problem is her main weapon.

    Visibility and Shooting from the Center

    Her main weapon being a spit that comes from the middle of the screen. It basically covers your entire crosshair, as well as the entire lower half of the Y axis below your crosshair.

    Can you tell what NTBees is shooting at here in this pic? If yes, good for you. But I can't. It's a Barik. I know this is just a low quality screenshot of a vid, and you'll be able to tell who he's shooting at if it's a video, but this pic just highlights my point that Yagorath blocks out an important section of your screen.

    Other weapons come out only on one of the sides of your screen -- in some cases, both, but that's still tolerable. Those side weapons gives you good visibility on your target's Y axis allowing you to see your target from head to toe, while only partially obscuring some of your X axis.

    Another reason why this is a bad thing is the shape of your monitor. Unless you're in a drastic need of a computer upgrade, chances are your monitor is rectangle. This means you have more space going from side to side than top to bottom. This is why having the very center of your screen along the Y axis is worse than having some of your monitor's sides being blocked. You have less space from top to bottom to work with than side to side.

    Unclear Weapon Mechanics

    Another problem with Yagorath is that I'm not quite sure where my shots are landing. Is her weapon like fernando's wherein it damages a cone AoE in front of her? Or is it like a medium range hitscan that generates pools at the reticle? I really can't tell. It doesn't help that her spit has some dribble falling down in a projectile arc.

    Those subtle drops falling down make my head think that I should be able to arc my shots in the same way I arc Mal'damba's spits, but it doesn't. The shots just disappear.

    Proposed Change:

    Since I'm not just bashing Hirez for bashing Hirez's sake -- this time at least, here's a proposal to how things can be made better:

    I drew this using the trackpad of a Lenovo T520 on MS Paint, ok?

    • Have the weapon fire from the sides in the same place as she throws our her teeth right now. That way, you have more visibility of what's up or down your reticle. This will be kinda similar to how Moji's weapons look like which are fine.
    • Make the stream a thin jet so that it occupies less of your screen and also removes the confusion of whether the spit follows an arc or not -- because it doesn't. It just goes straight to where your target is. This will stop people from trying to lob their spit over ledges or from trying to arc their shots when trying to shoot further away targets.
