Paladins Low effort but true

Lex is perhaps the worst flank in the entire game right now, since he has very mediocre damage in most situations, has one of the worst mobility options for a class that is focused around being mobile, and has one of the most useless abilities in the game that is only useful if you're running a very specific card for it. Even his Ultimate doesn't feel like it works 50% of the times it should.

So how the hell does the game's worst flank ever stand a chance against one of the most consistently strong damages in the game - Bomb King?

Heroism.

"Heroism" is a talent Lex has that makes it so his movement option now has 90% Damage Reduction and full CC Immunity during all of it. Granted, while this sounds really good on paper, Heroism is still considered his worst talent, especially compared to his other two. Most of it's mediocrity stems from how bad his movement option is to begin with, since even when you are using Heroism, you're only allowed to use it in short bursts of at most one full second.

However, Heroism does have one extremely specific use, where it's completely broken in every way possible. And that is when it's used to fight Bomb King.

Literally every single thing Bomb King can do is completely neutered by Heroism. Have bombs on you, that he's about ready to explode? Combat Slide, and all the bombs will slip right off of your back like a refreshing spring breeze. Did you just Combat Slide into a whole military base worth's of sticky bombs? Cool, watch him detonate them all right against your toesies only to do a meager 540 damage at best. Is Grumpy Bomb about to explode to cost you your entire 1v1 against the rotund menace? Just Combat Slide while it's going off, and it'll feel like nothing more than a violent sneeze.

Is Bomb King himself rolling down towards the point, demanding you give him a probably non-consensual hug? Quite literally Combat Slide into him only to see an entire atomic bomb blow up right in your face, while you only take 240 damage.

Even Koga wishes he could slide as much as Lex does against the fat fuck, despite being a much better flank. Maybe if Bomb King hadn't evaded his taxes, the law wouldn't be hunting him down so hard.

tldr; Survive both the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki because you decided it was a good day to cha cha real smooth

Remove Vivian from the game. - A Rant

Now now, I'm not going to go the whole redundant "shooty lady bad" route where I just complain about how she takes no skill and is no fun to fight; I'm pretty sure everyone knows that by now, and if you don't know that, go play ranked for an hour and feel like death afterwards.

The route I am going to take, however, is one much more concrete.

Vivian is the most unoriginal character in the game.

This doesn't take much of an ape brain to figure out, honestly. A single bored glance at her base kit almost makes you fall asleep before you even actually play her, because almost every single "ability" she has is ripped from some other champion. And that's not an exaggeration, either.

Her primary fire and right click are both directly copy-and-pasted from Viktor. An assault rifle- cough, oh, my bad; an "LMG" (Reminder that THIS is what an LMG actually is) that does almost the same dps as Viktor's primary, fires the exact same way, and even has the exact same movement speed reduction when firing as his primary. Even their right clicks are the exact same in literally every way; just aim down the sights of your gun.

Her sensors are almost exact carbon copies of Kinessa's sensors, except made even more boring - a deployable that doesn't even damage, but instead just sonars even the cockroaches near it. She even gets the same amount of sensors as Kinessa, too, and coincidentally, they even have the same 10 second cooldown.

Her shield isn't interesting at all either, being the exact same concept as Khan's or Fernando's shields - except she's a damage and this is perhaps the dumbest design I've ever seen for a damage champion. Let's give the "hold Mouse1" champion even more freedom to just hold Mouse1, by giving her something that was once completely reserved for Frontliners because of how defensively powerful it was.

The only "original" thing I can give her kit is her Ultimate, and unfortunately, it's probably the worst designed thing about her. It's a really bad sign for any character when the one thing you "worked" on is the worst part about them, because Vivian's Ultimate is so insanely vapid and poorly thought out that I'm shocked the same people that designed her had the brainpower to actually publish the update she was in. It's not even fully finished - it's the only deployable in the entire game that has no healthbar or obvious hurtbox.

So that's right, HiRez - I'm calling you out. Vivian was a complete mistake that one of your developers farted out for an update. She's not just "annoying" or "poorly designed" - she's the worst champion in the game, because she's not even original. She's so bad that I unironically think the game would be improved by her removal.

TLDR; Vivian was planned out on a single piece of paper before they implemented her into the game - and that single piece of paper was probably a napkin from a nearby Five Guys.
