    As a young recruit in the elite Sentinels, Kinessa took to her sniper lessons with an eagerness and enthusiasm that surprised her mentors. Frustrated by the rigors of military life, she left before she could complete her training and struck out on her own. As the Realm has descended into chaos and war, vigilante bounty contracts have been plentiful, earning her all the fame and fortune she'd lacked while in the service of the Magistrate. She still refuses to pick a side in the conflict, however, because there's much more money to be made by playing both sides than by contracting with either.

    Sniper Rifle Direct Damage A combination weapon that deals 180 damage every 0.15s as an energy carbine and modifies its weapon properties while in Sniper Mode. Has a maximum Ammo count of 24 and is fully effective up to 100 units. -
    Sniper Mode Direct Damage / Utility Scope up and charge your Sniper Rifle over 1.3s, increasing the damage it deals up to 1200. Consumes 4 Ammo with each shot and is fully effective up to 450 units. -
    Oppressor Mine Deployable / Direct Damage Throw out up to 2 Oppressor Mines that deal 25 damage every 0.2s to an enemy within 50 units. Oppressor Mines have 200 Health and are affected by Bulldozer. 10s
    Transporter Mobility Throw out a teleporter up to 100 units away that Teleports you to its location after 1.1s. 10s
    Headhunter Buff Channel your inner focus for 5s, dealing 50% increased damage with shots to the upper half of enemies. While this effect is active, Sniper Rifle shots do not consume Ammo. -

    Octoppressor Oppressor Mine Increase the number of targets affected by Oppressor Mines by {1/1}. -
    Well-Stocked Oppressor Mine Activating Oppressor Mine generates {3/3} Ammo. -
    Open Season Sniper Mode Hitting an enemy with a fully-charged Sniper Mode shot generates {1/1} Ammo. -
    Prodigy Sniper Mode Increase your Movement Speed while in Sniper Mode by {25/25}%. -
    Quick Scope Sniper Mode Reduce scope-in and scope-out time by {20/20}%. -
    True Grit Sniper Mode Hitting an enemy with a fully-charged Sniper Mode shot Heals you for {100/100}. -
    Beam Me Up Transporter Increase the Flight Speed of Transporter by {10/10}%. -
    Bob and Weave Transporter Increase your Movement Speed by {27/27}% for 2s after Teleporting with Transporter. 10s
    Reconfigure Transporter Activating Transporter generates {4/4} Ammo. -
    Restore Transporter Heal for 25% of your maximum Health after Teleporting with Transporter. 30s
    Headstrong Armor Increase your maximum Health by {50/50}. -
    Lie in Wait Armor After 1s of standing still, regenerate {1/1} Ammo every 2s. -
    Power Supply Armor Reset the Cooldown of Transporter after dropping to or below {12/12}% Health. 15s
    Calibrate Weapon Hitting an enemy with your Sniper Rifle in Carbine mode lowers the Cooldown of Transporter by {0.15/0.15}s. -

    Just got in a match where the other team demolished us to the point we couldn't leave spawn. They didn't cap the point for over 35 minutes and you can't quit out because you'll just get reconnected. I understand the idea behind that feature, but it kinda locks you into a game at the mercy of the other team. They eventually got bored after what felt like an hour and finally capped but they officially wasted everyone's time. Gotta love how disgusting it is.
