High level organized teams need to stay out of casuals Posted: 14 Dec 2020 02:14 PM PST I am a casual player who plays paladins some during free time, and I usually queue alone. Recently, I have noticed a dramatic spike in high level organized teams. They have no reason to be at this level. That's why ranked exists. I get playing your first 2 or 3 games in casuals isnt a bad ideas, but if you are in a competitive team, please consider switching to ranked as to not ruin fun for people who dont want to invest so much time in the game. You are being really inconsiderate to casuals and beginners. [link] [comments] |

Paladins reddit, mods bias and community toxicity Posted: 14 Dec 2020 09:11 AM PST For a while now I've been posting art on this sub, I've met nice, funny and not so nice people here. That's fine, I don't expect everyone to like me (obviously) but what I'm about to tell you is much more stupid than that.Let's begin with Moderators bias.Mods on this sub are HEAVILY biased towards female champions which I was noting from the very beginning of my posts here. I started subtle, cute Io in a cute dress then switched to more risky content with skirt flicks and panty shots as well as more risky outfits on our beloved characters. Then for a bit of test I posted male champions in as risky outfits. What did I note? my posts were flagged as nsfw in less than 5 minutes while skirt flicks and panty shots stayed up without one. Today I posted an Io in a bunny outfit (almost the same as the one I've put on Strix a while back The only difference being upper body and smartly disguised as "cottontail" which is Seris' skin in-game) I think y'all see where this is going. Same with my latest Corvus pic I did, if you scroll a lil bit back in my posts you can see Cassie in a very similar outfit... not nsfw tagged. Mods show very clear bias towards female champions while hide everything that is the same type of content but for male ones. But let's talk about more examples... ones that aren't made by me (this is not an attack towards other artists, it's not any attack to be exact, it's simple examples)[by VenileJuju]a Halloween pepper that could be called nsfw-ish Halloween witch Pepper by VenileJuju !!! : Paladins (reddit.com)alright, maybe you'd think "but Solace it's not that bad!" alright then let's see this one [by shadowboxer] Witch Pepper by shadowboxer! : Paladins (reddit.com)very sexualized with her breasts having "details" poking through the outfit.Meanwhile my arts have no "details" like this. BUT! I've included it in my latest Io pic.Either both are bad or both are good. Don't bend the rules to make it good for your lower body parts.A fellow artist wasn't treated the best either. I won't mention their name as I don't want anybody to send hate, I wanna mention it to point out how biased mods are towards certain artists as well. They drew Maeve and on her pants there was simple cloth fold line but one of the mods took it as camel toe... which it wasn't. While other fanarts with actual camel toes been present on the sub for a very long time as well as half-naked champions. Yet the mod insisted to delete the post while leaving other ones as "the damage been already done"... this is not how you moderate. If something does the "damage" you delete it no matter how long it's been up for. Let's speak about the toxicity now. It's on the same topic as previous section since that's what I'm most familiar with. On majority of my female posts I've been met with positive feedback, high upvote % and general niceness but my male pics with same content as previous ones were met with toxicity and insults. According to rule 2 I shouldn't be met with such comments as well as plenty of homophobic ones on my Io x Maeve fanart I did a while ago. As you can see, issue might not be big but it's something that I feel like is very unfair for a lot of artists. Thank you for reading.edit// my Io post was conveniently nsfw tagged! but other 2 I've shown haven't as well as my other posts. edit2// second post by shadowboxer has been nsfw tagged and part about toxicity 'resolved' tl;dr Moderation has clear bias towars female champions as well as issues with moderating certain things, community has very toxic responses and nobody is there to apply rules to them. How do you deal with teammates that seem to have no awareness of anything? Posted: 14 Dec 2020 03:00 PM PST Just something about these kinds of teammates just tick me the fuck off and it's ridiculously when it's high level players [link] [comments] |

Switched to Alacrity and it's so much more fun! Posted: 14 Dec 2020 09:40 PM PST I usually played Eminence when playing Lian which got repetitive and boring honestly, so I made a alacrity deck, and started playing alacrity and its honestly so much fun, the movement, zooming across the battlefield getting consistent 130k damage now its great holy why didn't I do this sooner?
